OBM Services — Monthly Retainer
You’re not paying for hours — you’re paying to stop carrying the mental load of “did that get done?”
- Flat monthly retainer, scoped to your business’s ongoing needs
- Includes a defined set of ownership responsibilities (systems, coordination, reporting) — not a task list
- Typically a 3-month minimum commitment, since setup and system-building takes time to show results
- Starting at: $1,500/month
Business Consulting — Project or Retainer
For strategic work — assessments, planning, ongoing advisory.
- Project-based fee for defined engagements (e.g., a systems audit, a growth strategy session)
- Ongoing advisory retainer for businesses that want continued strategic partnership
- Starting at: $1,500 for a project engagement / $1,500-$2,000 per month for advisory
