My Story

Most people saw me as a salesperson.

But what I’ve really been doing all along is helping businesses grow. Whether I was working with manufacturers, construction companies, engineering teams, or business owners, I found myself asking the same questions.

I’ve always been the person in the room asking questions like…

  • How can this work better?
  • What could we simplify?
  • Is there a system that would make this easier?
  • How do we create a better experience for the customer?
  • How do we help this business grow without overwhelming the people running it?

I discovered that my greatest value wasn’t simply selling products — it was understanding businesses.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, collaborated with engineering teams to create customized solutions, expanded dealer networks across North America and around the world, and identified opportunities that increased efficiency and supported revenue growth.

What excites me most isn’t closing a sale. It’s solving a problem.

I believe every business owner deserves someone in their corner who can think strategically, bring order to complexity, and help move ideas into action.

That’s why I created Right Hand Robin. Not to be another virtual assistant…

But to become the trusted right hand that growing businesses rely on when they need organization, momentum, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them succeed.

I bring a unique combination of sales leadership, operations thinking, customer experience, and practical business knowledge. I love simplifying complex processes, building systems that create momentum, and helping business owners see opportunities they may not have recognized on their own.

Most of all, I love watching business owners regain the freedom they started their business to create.

If you’re looking for someone who simply checks tasks off a list, I’m probably not the right fit.

But if you’re looking for someone who will treat your business like it’s her own, ask thoughtful questions, improve what can be improved, and become a trusted partner in your growth…

I’d love to meet you.
